Job Summary:

The Social Compliance Coordinator will support the audit operations by managing audit scheduling, communication with clients and auditors, document handling, and ensuring smooth coordination throughout the social audit lifecycle. This role is ideal for a graduate with strong organizational and communication skills who can manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced audit environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and schedule social compliance audits (SMETA, BSCI, SLCP, WRAP, SA8000, etc.) with clients and auditors.

  • Communicate audit requirements, documentation checklists, and audit timelines to factories and audit teams.

  • Manage pre-audit documentation, client inquiries, confirmations, and logistics.

  • Maintain internal audit trackers, calendars, and reporting timelines.

  • Assist in uploading reports and documents to client platforms such as SEDEX, BSCI, SLCP, and brand portals.

  • Follow up with auditors and facilities for pending documents, clarifications, and CAP updates.

  • Ensure that all coordination activities follow internal procedures and APSCA ethical guidelines.

  • Support the preparation of internal records, templates, and compliance paperwork.

  • Provide administrative assistance to Lead Auditors, Trainee Auditors, and Report Reviewers as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate in any stream (preferred: Business, Management, Social Sciences, Administration).

  • 0–2 years of experience in coordination, operations, admin, or compliance activities (freshers can apply).

  • Strong communication, email drafting, and follow-up skills.

  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word), Google Sheets, and basic documentation handling.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, work under deadlines, and maintain accuracy.

  • Organised, proactive, and able to work independently when required.
