Job Title: HR Executive

Location: Meerut

Job Type: Full-time

Job Summary:

The HR Executive will be responsible for managing human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records, performance monitoring, and HR compliance. The role supports smooth organizational operations and ensures the company’s HR practices remain efficient, professional, and aligned with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for positions such as auditors, coordinators, reviewers, and support staff.

  • Manage onboarding, documentation, induction sessions, and orientation for new employees.

  • Maintain employee records, attendance, leave tracking, and HR databases.

  • Draft HR letters including appointment letters, offer letters, warning letters, and confirmations.

  • Assist in payroll coordination and basic HR compliance activities.

  • Support performance monitoring, employee engagement activities, and training arrangements.

  • Address employee queries and maintain a positive work environment.

  • Ensure HR policies are followed and updated in line with organizational needs.

  • Coordinate with management for workforce planning and staffing requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate in any stream (preferred: HR, Business Administration, Commerce, or related fields).

  • 0–3 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or administrative roles (freshers may apply).

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

  • Basic understanding of HR practices, documentation, and compliance.

  • Proficiency in MS Office, email drafting, and maintaining HR records.

  • Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism.
