Job Title: Report Reviewer

Job Summary:

The Social Compliance Report Reviewer will be responsible for reviewing, verifying, and finalizing audit reports to ensure accuracy, clarity, and compliance with global social auditing standards. The role requires strong analytical skills and attention to detail to ensure that audit findings are correctly documented and presented. The reviewer will support auditors by validating information and maintaining the credibility and consistency of audit deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review draft social compliance audit reports (SMETA, BSCI, SLCP, WRAP, SA8000, etc.) for completeness, accuracy, and alignment with required protocols.

  • Verify audit findings, evidence, and data submitted by field auditors.

  • Ensure reports meet APSCA and client-specific requirements for quality, formatting, and objectivity.

  • Cross-check information from interviews, documentation, and observations for consistency.

  • Identify gaps or inconsistencies and provide feedback to auditors for correction or clarification.

  • Maintain deadlines for report submission and ensure timely delivery to clients or platforms.

  • Support continuous improvement of templates, reporting guidelines, and internal documentation review systems.

  • Maintain confidentiality, impartiality, and professional ethics in line with APSCA guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate in any stream (preferred: Social Sciences, Business, Compliance, or related fields).

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in social compliance, auditing, reporting, or data analysis (experience can be flexible depending on capability).

  • Strong understanding of social audit standards (SMETA, BSCI, SLCP, WRAP, SA8000).

  • Excellent written communication, grammar, and analytical review skills.

  • Ability to understand audit protocols, non-compliance classifications, and corrective action requirements.

  • High attention to detail with the ability to detect inconsistencies or missing information.
